Role Overview
SAP PP/QM Support Consultant responsible for providing application maintenance and support services in a global rollout environment. The role supports manufacturing and quality processes while ensuring efficient incident resolution and collaboration across multiple support levels.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP PP and QM modules
• Support global rollout activities across EMEA, APAC, and Americas regions
• Monitor and manage job scheduling within SAP or external tools
• Handle SAP transport management using SolMan or similar tools
• Perform data extraction and aggregation using SQVI
• Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and problems
• Collaborate with Level 1.5 (SupportHub), Level 2/3 (business experts), and other stakeholders
• Follow ITIL processes and ensure high-quality service delivery
• Contribute to continuous improvement and system stability

Required Skills & Experience
• 3–5 years of experience in SAP PP and/or QM modules
• Experience in SAP AMS support (2nd/3rd level) or as an SAP Consultant
• Familiarity with job scheduling tools in SAP environments
• Experience with SAP transport management (SolMan or similar)
• Knowledge of data aggregation using SQVI
• ITIL Foundation certification or understanding of ITIL processes
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Proactive and self-driven mindset

Nice to Have
• Basic ABAP knowledge (SAP Script, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, SAP Fiori)
• Experience with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Exposure to global rollout or multi-region support environments
• German language skills (B2–C1 level)
