New PoC Role – IT / Defence Support Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and flexible Person of Contact (PoC) to support operational and coordination activities within defence-related IT environments across Germany. 

The role requires strong communication skills, operational reliability, and the ability to work within regulated and security-sensitive environments while coordinating with multiple stakeholders and project teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• German citizenship OR citizenship of a NATO country with valid German residence permit
• Willingness to undergo Security Clearance Level 2 (Ü2) screening
• German language skills at C1 level
• English language skills at minimum B1 level
• ITIL Foundation certification OR willingness to complete certification within 4 weeks
• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Business Informatics, Business Law, Economics, Engineering, or similar fields
  OR Completed vocational training with technical or IT focus
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in IT or defence-related projects
• Willingness to travel across Germany on a regular basis (approximately one week every two weeks)
• Category B driving license and ability to travel independently
• Availability for minimum 12 months
