Role Overview

The Package Consultant – Oracle HCM Cloud (AMS Support) is responsible for providing Level 2 support for Oracle HCM applications. The role focuses on incident resolution, service request handling, and system monitoring, while supporting ongoing enhancements and user interactions across HCM modules. The position also involves continuous learning and upskilling within Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 AMS support for Oracle HCM Cloud applications

• Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and support tickets

• Perform application monitoring to ensure system stability and performance

• Interact with end users to understand issues and provide timely resolutions

• Support functional areas including Core HR (OM/PA), Recruiting, Performance & Talent, and HelpDesk

• Collaborate with Level 3 teams for escalations and complex issue resolution

• Contribute to documentation and knowledge base updates

• Continuously upskill on Oracle HCM modules and functionalities

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in AMS / Level 2 support environments

• Initial hands-on experience or exposure to Oracle HCM Cloud modules

• Knowledge of Core HR (OM/PA), Recruiting, Performance & Talent, HelpDesk

• Experience handling incidents, service requests, and ticketing tools

• Ability to perform application monitoring and basic troubleshooting

• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with end users

German language skills (mandatory)
