Role Overview
IoT (Internet of Things) Technical Business Analyst responsible for bridging business and technical teams in connected device ecosystems. The role focuses on analyzing and documenting IoT communication flows, supporting device-to-cloud integrations, and ensuring successful implementation of OTA/FOTA update processes and connectivity solutions across embedded systems and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document IoT and connected device communication requirements
- Support design and validation of FOTA/OTA update flows
- Work with MQTT-based device-to-cloud communication models
- Collaborate with engineering teams on IoT connectivity solutions
- Translate complex technical concepts into structured business requirements
- Support validation of cellular IoT, Bluetooth, and WiFi-based systems
- Engage with stakeholders across product, engineering, and support teams
- Ensure clarity and traceability of IoT system requirements and processes

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of IoT and communication technologies (Cellular IoT, Bluetooth, WiFi)
- Hands-on experience with connected devices or embedded systems
- Understanding of FOTA/OTA update mechanisms
- Experience with MQTT and device-to-cloud communication
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Degree in telecommunications, electronics, computer engineering, or similar field
