Role Overview
UX / Product Designer responsible for designing intuitive and user-centric digital experiences for enterprise applications. The role focuses on user research, interaction design, prototyping, and applying SAP Fiori design principles to create high-quality software products that meet both business and user needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Design user experiences and application interfaces for enterprise solutions
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design specifications
- Apply SAP Fiori design guidelines and best practices
- Conduct and support user research activities
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and development teams
- Translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Validate and refine designs through feedback and testing
- Contribute to design standards and usability improvements

Required Skills
- Degree in Interaction Design, Product Design, UX Design, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in UX, product, or application design
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Mural, or similar design tools
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori design system and guidelines
- Strong visual design, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience designing software products and user journeys
- Fluency in German and English
