Senior Python AI Engineer responsible for developing and maintaining production-grade AI applications using modern Python frameworks and Agentic AI technologies. The role focuses on building scalable backend services, implementing multi-agent workflows, and integrating large language models into enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI applications and backend services using Python
- Build and optimize Agentic AI and Multi-Agent System (MAS) solutions
- Design and implement LLM orchestration workflows
- Integrate AI frameworks into enterprise applications
- Troubleshoot and optimize AI workflows and backend services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability

Required Skills
- Strong Python development experience
- Experience with FastAPI and Pydantic
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems
- Experience with Watsonx Orchestrate ADK or frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen
- Understanding of LLM orchestration concepts, including ReAct, Agent-to-Agent (A2A), and Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
