Role Overview
SAP Solution Manager & ChaRM Specialist responsible for supporting and administering SAP Solution Manager environments with focus on Change Request Management (ChaRM), transport management, system integration, and operational support. The role ensures reliable change control processes and stable system operations across SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain SAP Solution Manager ChaRM processes
- Manage change cycles, workflows, and status profiles
- Support transport management and cross-system transport activities
- Troubleshoot transport routes, import queues, and landscape issues
- Maintain RFC connections, logical components, and system integrations
- Analyze application, workflow, and transport logs
- Support incident resolution and operational improvements
- Ensure compliance with change management procedures

Required Skills
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager and ChaRM configuration
- Knowledge of SAP Transport Management System (TMS)
- Experience troubleshooting SAP transports and workflows
- Understanding of SAP landscape administration and integrations
- Knowledge of SAP Basis tools (ST22, SM21, SM37, STMS)
- Experience with RFC connectivity and interface troubleshooting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
