Role Overview

SAP SD/CS Support Consultant responsible for providing application maintenance and support services within SAP environments. The role focuses on incident resolution, system operations, and supporting sales and customer service processes while ensuring high-quality client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP SD and CS modules

• Monitor and manage job scheduling in SAP or external tools

• Handle SAP transport management activities using SolMan or similar tools

• Perform data extraction and aggregation using SQVI

• Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and problems

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution

• Follow ITIL processes and best practices for service delivery

• Contribute to system stability and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in SAP SD and/or CS modules

• Experience in SAP AMS support (2nd/3rd level) or as an SAP Consultant

• Familiarity with job scheduling tools in SAP environments

• Experience with SAP transport management (SolMan or similar)

• Knowledge of data aggregation using SQVI

• ITIL Foundation certification or understanding of ITIL processes

• Strong communication and client-facing skills

• Proactive and self-driven approach to problem-solving

Nice to Have

• Basic ABAP knowledge (SAP Script, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, SAP Fiori)

• Experience with month-end and year-end closing processes in SAP or related modules

• German language skills (B2–C1 level)
