Role Overview
SAP QM Functional Consultant responsible for supporting and optimizing SAP Quality Management processes within an Application Management Services (AMS) environment. The role focuses on issue resolution, process support, incident analysis, and collaboration with business users to ensure stable and efficient SAP QM operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional support for SAP QM processes and applications
- Analyze and resolve incidents, defects, and service requests
- Investigate issues using SAP diagnostic and monitoring tools
- Support business users with process-related questions and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams on integrated solutions
- Participate in testing, documentation, and continuous improvement activities
- Ensure service delivery meets agreed SLAs and quality standards

Required Skills
- 3–7 years of SAP QM functional consulting experience
- Strong knowledge of SAP QM processes and configuration
- Experience with Inspection Lots, Results Recording, Quality Notifications, and Certificates
- Experience with SAP troubleshooting and issue analysis tools
- Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Solution Manager
- Understanding of SAP QM integration with other SAP modules
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

- SAP QM certification
- Knowledge of batch and serial number management
- Experience in regulated or high-volume manufacturing environments
- Italian language skills
