Role Overview

Senior SAP APO Consultant responsible for supporting and optimizing supply chain planning processes. The role focuses on APO modules, integration troubleshooting, and leading support activities within complex SAP SCM environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert support and maintenance for SAP APO modules (DP, SNP, PP/DS)

• Lead or coordinate SAP SCM support teams and activities

• Analyze and resolve issues related to CIF integration and data flows

• Ensure alignment with supply chain planning processes and best practices

• Manage incidents and service requests using ITSM tools

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve planning processes

• Prioritize tasks and manage workload in high-pressure environments

• Contribute to continuous improvement of support and operational processes

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in SAP APO support or implementation roles

• Strong functional expertise in APO modules (DP, SNP, PP/DS)

• Solid understanding of supply chain planning processes

• Proven experience leading or coordinating SAP support teams

• Hands-on experience with CIF integration and data troubleshooting

• Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy) and ITIL processes

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Ability to manage priorities and work effectively under pressure

• Experience in end-to-end SAP SCM landscapes

• Exposure to S/4HANA supply chain transformations

• Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP)
