Role Overview
IBM ODM Developer responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining business rules and decision services using IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM). The role focuses on taxonomy design, rule development, decision automation, and collaboration with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and maintainable decision solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement taxonomies for business rule organization
- Develop, test, and deploy decision services using IBM ODM
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to define decision requirements
- Configure and maintain Rule Designer and Decision Center components
- Define taxonomy standards and governance practices
- Optimize performance and scalability of decision services
- Support integration of ODM solutions with enterprise applications
- Provide guidance and knowledge sharing on ODM best practices
