Role Overview

Oracle eBS Application Developer responsible for delivering development, enhancement, and maintenance services for existing bespoke business applications and future Oracle eBS-related initiatives. The role focuses on PL/SQL development, technical analysis, database development, testing, and application support within enterprise environments. This position collaborates closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure reliable, scalable, and high-quality application delivery while supporting ongoing operational and project-based activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Oracle eBS and Oracle Database applications using PL/SQL

• Perform technical analysis and contribute to software and database design activities

• Support software architecture and application enhancement initiatives

• Design, develop, test, and deploy application changes and new functionalities

• Maintain and optimize database objects, procedures, packages, triggers, and scripts

• Troubleshoot and resolve application and database-related issues

• Participate in testing, validation, and release management activities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and implement requirements

• Ensure application performance, stability, and maintainability

• Support proof-of-concept initiatives and future development projects

• Contribute to continuous improvement of development and maintenance processes

• Provide high-quality customer and user support throughout the application lifecycle

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle eBS and PL/SQL development

• Solid knowledge of Oracle Database development and optimization techniques

• Experience with software development lifecycle activities including analysis, development, testing, and maintenance

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application and database issues

• Experience working on enterprise business applications and bespoke solutions

• Understanding of software architecture and database design principles

• Experience with release and deployment activities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

• Romanian and English language proficiency

• Availability for hybrid work with 3 days onsite at client location (Expozitiei Boulevard)

Nice to Have

• Experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, or Oracle APEX

• Familiarity with integration technologies and APIs

• Exposure to Agile or DevOps delivery methodologies

• Experience supporting ERP-related environments

• Experience working in enterprise support and maintenance environments
