Role Overview

Cloud Network Operations Engineer responsible for supporting and operating large-scale public cloud networking environments. The role focuses on cloud connectivity, network automation, operational excellence, and delivery of reliable cloud services across global hyperscaler platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and operate cloud networking services across AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Deploy and maintain VPCs, VPNs, routing, and private connectivity solutions
• Automate operational tasks using scripting and infrastructure automation tools
• Troubleshoot networking, security, and cloud infrastructure issues
• Support cloud operations within a 24x7 follow-the-sun model
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve service reliability
• Contribute to process improvement and cloud engineering initiatives
• Support monitoring, incident management, and operational governance activities

Required Skills

• Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud environments
• Strong networking knowledge including TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, and load balancing
• Scripting experience with Python, Bash, Perl, or Shell
• Experience deploying VPCs, VPNs, and cloud connectivity solutions
• Experience in enterprise cloud operations environments
• Knowledge of cloud security and networking best practices
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
• Knowledge of Git, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or Splunk
• Advanced networking experience with Cisco or Palo Alto technologies
• Experience with cloud monitoring and incident management tools
• Knowledge of SAP enterprise environments
