Role Overview
Business Analyst responsible for bridging business needs and technical delivery teams within Agile environments. The role focuses on requirements analysis, backlog refinement, process modelling, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring that business requirements are translated into clear and actionable user stories and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Refine and manage product backlogs in collaboration with Product Owners
- Define Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria
- Create process models, workflows, and storyboards
- Produce functional, data, interface, and UI specifications
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with business and technical stakeholders
- Support Agile delivery teams throughout the development lifecycle
- Ensure requirements traceability and alignment with business objectives

Required Skills
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments
- Experience working with Product Owners and Scrum teams
- Expertise in backlog refinement and requirements definition
- Process modelling and business process analysis skills
- Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria
- Stakeholder management and workshop facilitation experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
